Cr8tive Designs does not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, color choice, design selection, personalization details, or customer error.
Any claim regarding a damaged or incorrect order resulting from a verified production error must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery to:
Claims must include the order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
If a verified error occurred on our end, Cr8tive Designs may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement of the same item.
Refunds and exchanges will not be issued under any circumstances.
Because all items are custom printed and made to order, all products are final sale.
We do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details — including size, color, design, and personalization — before completing their purchase.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
