Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on order size and destination.

All items at Cr8tive Designs are made to order.
Production typically takes 8–10 business days after checkout or invoice payment is received, unless otherwise noted in the product listing or invoice.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Custom orders begin production after design approval and payment are received

Cr8tive Designs is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals or customer-requested changes
Customer Uploaded Design Requirements:
• Files must be PNG format
• Transparent background required
• 300 DPI minimum for best print quality
Customer-supplied artwork is printed as submitted. Cr8tive Designs does not edit, resize, recolor, or correct uploaded files. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution, improperly formatted, or incorrect artwork files.
By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the artwork for printing and reproduction. Cr8tive Designs is not responsible for copyrighted or trademarked content submitted by customers.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery
